Declaration of Employability Skills (ES) and Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level

By submitting this course application form, I agree that I;

hereby declare that I possess the necessary foundational skills and knowledge to participate effectively in this training program. I confirm my understanding of the following prerequisites:

1. Employability Skills (ES)
   I possess the requisite Employability Skills (ES) needed to engage in and complete this training program effectively. This includes the ability to interpret work instructions and technical information, communicate, problem-solve, work in a team, and adapt to workplace requirements.
2. Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN)
   I possess a Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) level of 3, PSLE or above, or an equivalent level of proficiency in literacy and numeracy that enables me to:
   • Comprehend written and spoken instructions
   • Interpret workplace documents, guidelines, and policies
   • Apply basic arithmetic and data interpretation skills as required by the program
3. Commitment to Engage and Complete
   I am committed to actively engaging with the content of this program and to completing all required tasks and assessments as part of my training.
4. Acknowledgment of Pre-Requisite Skills
   I understand that if I do not meet the assumed levels of ES or WPLN as declared, I may face challenges in successfully completing this training program. I acknowledge that I am responsible for identifying and addressing any additional learning needs that may arise.
